| Matt has 20 yrs experience in construction 18 of it as a company owner and manager. Matt oversees day to day operations with personal hands-on involvement in the management of the projects.
Matt enjoys sports, fishing, and hanging out at the lake with his family. Which consists of his wife, twin girls, and son. |

 | | Daniel Kinney: | President/Owner |
| Starting as a young carpenter over 22 yrs ago, Dan took his experience and developed them into highly effiecient construction systems. Today, he splits his time between business manager and working with the field personel.
Dan plays in high-stakes poker tournaments. He enjoys the challenge of a contest using intuition, guts, and logic. He enjoys the outdoors with his family, watersports, and motorcycling. |

 | | Brenda Day: | Assistant Project Manager/Estimator |
| With 6 years of architectural drafting experience, and 9 years estimating Brenda is a cornerstone at ATH.
Brenda leads the estimating dept, performing take offs and pricing and tracking all material orders. She juggles the needs of multiple foremen, suppliers, shippers and general contractors.
Brenda is married with a stepson. She and her husband enjoy traveling, snow skiing, back packing and golf. |

| John is a seasoned journeyman carpenter and expert field supervisor with over 18 years of field experience. John travels to the various job sites working with the supervisors, does in-house estimating and deals daily with crews, facilitating the work.
Muscle Cars are John's hobby but his passion is his family. He is married and a father of two. |

 | | Tom Hansen (Spock): | Siding Supervisor |
| Spock has been with ATH for 13 years. Starting as a flashing and waterproof installer. Spock been all over the United States working on ATH jobs in Virginia, Texas, Florida, Calfornia, Washington, Mississippi and New Hampshere. He currently lives and runs siding crews in Hawaii.
Spock likes beer, books, Irish punk rock,Quinten Terrintino movies and enjoys his Harley |
